Ah, the good life! A sunny fall day on Denver’s 16th Street, and time for lunch at Rock Bottom! Medium brown color. Wheat flavor is very subtle in this dark wheat beer. Full bodied, unfiltered. Aftertaste has some zip to it, and bitter undertones. Good head and lacing, but not fizzy. A spicy, peppery flavor comes on strong as the beer warms in the sun.
