102 | Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA | United States | Imperial IPA | 2.6
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 This finished last in our DIPA tasting evening with all 8 people giving it a big fail. Good color and solid aroma, but nothing to distinguish it from the others. Of the DIPAs available, the weakest hop aroma and flavor were found in this one. |

103 | Bell's Hopslam | United States | Imperial IPA | 4.4
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 One of the beers during DIPA night, and one of the better ones. Not as hoppy as the Pliny the Younger, but had the others beat. Very citrusy on the topngue with a hint of malt. Highly recommended for the casual drinker, at 10% you don't want too many. |

106 | Great Divide Hercules Double IPA | United States | Imperial IPA | 3.8
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7 I laughed when I read that this beer was 'fit for the Gods'. Universally ranked low on DIPA night, which was a disappointment as it was the hardest to get. Nice color, hoppy aroma with balance, but the taste was too malty for it to be competitive on DIPA night. |

107 | Genny Red | United States | Vienna / Amber Lager | 3.6
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 It was lager week last week in the Sipless household and I tried several samples, I'm all lagered out! Genny is a pale reddish-gold, white head, with a hefty effervescent nature. the aroma is sweet caramel malt and hops. The taste that comes to the forefront is sweet malt, but not too sweet. |

108 | Carling Premier | United Kingdom | Pale Lager | 4.1
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 One of the many foreign lagers tried during the Sipless lager week. This beer was a beautiful golden beverage with a huge white frothy head. Good aromatic hints of grain and hops, with a hint of citrus. Very refreshing flavor, well-balanced. |

109 | Molson Old Style Pilsner | Canada | Pale Lager | 2.5
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 A friend brought this to the Sipless family lager week. A strong offering that is popular in Canada. There was nothing unique about it in my opinion. Golden in color, and grainy in smell and taste. Not worth a trip to the Great White North. |

110 | Carling Black Label | Canada | Pale Lager | 4.0
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 Another Canadian offering at Sipless Lager week and unlike some of the others, this one was quite good with great flavour. Dark gold (seems to be what defines a 'lager' as opposed to a 'pale lager') with a white head. Balanced aroma between grassy malt, and floral hops. Balanced taste between the same. Also, who's Mabel? My friend kept saying 'Set the table Mabel' |

112 | Beck's | Germany | Lager | 2.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 Tried during Sipless Lager week. I had never had a Beck's before, and I'll probably never have a Beck's again. It defines lager perfectly. Clear, dark gold, white head. Grassy malt and floral hops are balanced in both taste and aroma. yet, there's a huge blandness about it that tells you that one is enough. |

113 | Mitchells Bosuns Best Bitter | South Africa | Bitter | 2.1
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4 This is not a very good beer, and on a recent trip to South Africa, people kept telling me how vile it is (and the ratings on ratebeer back that up). A golden bitter, quite different from the transparent red ones normally seen. The aroma is weakly malty with some hops. Quite watery. The taste was weakly bitter. It was as bad as I expected though. |

116 | Belle-Vue Sélection Lambic | Belgium | Gueuze | 4.7
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 9 Lambics are a peculiar thing to me. I've heard how great good lambics are, but I always wonder why anybody would want a beer this funky. The bottle is dated 1999...which adds more to my worries. Cloudy golden orange in colour with funk eminating everywhere. Very tart on the tongue. But this is a standard bearer for the Lambic franchise. |

118 | Abbaye des Rocs Grand Cru | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 4.7
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 10 My husband and I like the Abbayes des Rocs brune so we thought we would give this a try. Not as dark as the brune but stiull a dark brown colour. There was a lot of cherries and plums in the aroma and taste that shined through. I recommend this beer to everybody! |

119 | Three Floyds Dark Lord Imperial Stout | United States | Imperial Stout | 3.5
Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 My husband went halfway across the country to get this stuff with friends. It was good, but not overly great. I think the 1 day a year adds to the hype. A blackish pour with a huge whallop of roasted coffee and malt aroma. A little on the thick side. Tastes of roasted malt and coffee, and very bitter. |

124 | Surly Darkness | United States | Imperial Stout | 3.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 I've been told that this is a very rare beer, and that it's about past due. I can't agree more. Coca-cola brown in color with some viscosity to it. Aroma is bitter chocolate and vanilla. Flavour is dry and bitter. My friend loved it and called it heaven. I wish I couls say the same. |

125 | Dieu du Ciel! Aphrodisiaque | Canada | Stout | 4.3
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8 Another stout, although the sweetness of this stout helped out a great deal. Sark brown, almost black with a light brown head. The aroma was heavy coffee with some hints of milk and sugar. The flavor was the same.....scrumptious, although a bigger bottle would have been nice. |
