126 | Brugse Tripel | Belgium | Abbey Tripel | 3.5
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 A deep orange color with a moderate white head. The aroma is citrus, molasses, and alcohol. The flavor is slightly spicy with a funky sour citrus flavor and a bit of rotten apples and honey mixed in. This has some lambic like qualities and doesnt seem to be like any Tripel Ive had before. The aftertaste is dusty and interesting. A nice beer anywho. |

127 | Leffe Blonde | Belgium | Belgian Ale | 2.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 The aroma is lemoney and bready (is that a word?) The appearance is a dark golden color with a rather large head. . I taste molasses, alcohol, pecans, and lemons. It is extremely doughy like uncooked rolls. The aftertaste is thick with a slimy sticky sweetness to it. Overall this is too sweet and cloying. This would be ok on your pancakes but not in my glass. PPPPHHHEW! |

130 | Hanssens Mead the Gueuze | Belgium | Mead | 3.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 Holy crap! The cork on this thing bounced off 3 walls and was going about 80mph. Well lets just start off by saying it is very carbonated. HUGE head with a golden appearance. A very sour smell with some lemons and honey in there. The flavor is quite sour with a hint of sweetness from the honey but no much. A very funky vinegar and shrimp? presence. Quite an interesting mix here but they just need to tone down the carbonation before someone gets hurt! |

131 | Echte Kriekenbier | Belgium | Fruit Lambic | 3.9
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 The aroma is sour cherries and apples. The appearance is a dark red color with a pink head. The flavor is somewhat sour but mostly sweet with some sour cherries, vanilla, and apples. The carbonation tends to get in the way a little bit. Overall this is a little sweeter than many Ive sampled from this style but its still very good. |

132 | De Koninck Cuvee | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.1
Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6 A deep golden color this beer is. Why am I sounding like Yoda? Well the aroma is quite floral with honey and caramel. The flavor is borderline cloying with some sticky honey, caramel, and cloves. This one has some basement dust stuff going on. Hmmm this one isnt anything really exciting at all really. |

133 | Fantome dÉté | Belgium | Saison | 3.6
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 This one had a nice apricot and orange aroma. It poured a cloudy yellow color with a large head. The flavor was subtle maybe a little too much so with some alcohol, pears, and oranges. This one was a little 1-D even for the style but it was enjoyable in all its simplicity. Not worth the dough though. Good deal. |

134 | Beersel Oude Geuze | Belgium | Gueuze | 4.2
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9 Thanks to Sassy for sharing this. A yellow copper color with loads of carbonation. The aroma is mainly vinegar and lemons. Some funk is definitley present. The flavor is quite sour with some apples, lemons, vinegar, and cheese. A very dry dusty mouthfeel as well. Not as sour as some Ive had but very good. |

135 | Monks Cafe Flemish Sour Red Ale | Belgium | Fruit Beer | 3.7
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8 This one was a winna! A cloudy brown appearance. Overall it was very good. |

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6 A dark golden appearance with a large frothy white head and good lacing. The aroma contains some spice along with lemons, hay, and grassy notes. Achoooo! Excuse me I have allergies. The flavor contains some yeasty notes along with lemons, some mediciney notes as well. No sign of alcohol flavor in this. The finish is somewhat sour. Overall this was not that great, very average Belgian. |

143 | Het Kapittel Prior | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.9
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 This poured an amber color with a moderate beige head. The aroma is quite yeasty with some brown sugar, caramel, figs, raisins, cherries, and alcohol. Woooo nelly! The flavor is rather dry with more dark fruit, caramel, yeasty notes, brown sugar, and molasses. If someone doesn’t understand what an earthy character means have them try this beer. The alcohol shows through in the aftertaste but not overpowering. Overall a well done beer. |

144 | Van Diest Fruli Strawberry Beer | Belgium | Fruit Beer | 2.5
Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 5 This poured a bright red color with a small pinkish white head. The aroma is well you guessed it strawberries! Not freshly picked ones but those candies you get wrapped in paper that looks like a strawberry. The flavor is rather sweet with more artifical strawberry flavor. Overall this tastes like Strawberry Fanta, which I like sometimes. But not much of a beer. |

145 | Chimay Blonde Dorée (Gold / Spéciale du Potaupré) | Belgium | Belgian Ale | 2.8
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5 This poured a dark golden color with a white head. The aroma is a tad bit yeasty with some lemons and spices. The flavor is rather watery with a hint of lemons in there. Overall this is very one dimensional like a belgian on training wheels. Apparently this is difficult to find, but stick with the other 3 from Chimay IMO. Boring |

147 | Kasteel Blonde | Belgium | Belgian Strong Ale | 3.3
Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7 Aroma is mostly alcohol. Appearance is murky yellow. Flavor is crisp with a slight wheat and tart fruit flavor and fairly uninteresting. This is a Unibroue anniversary clone IMO. Alcohol is hidden fairly well. I am thus far not into these Belgian Blonde beers. To each his/her own. |

148 | Achel Extra Bruin (de drie wijzen) | Belgium | Abbey Quadrupel | 3.8
Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8 Aroma is floral and chocolate. Appearance is ruby brown with a nice head. Flavor is caramel and spice and everything nice. Some citrus fruit lurking in the background. Palate is spicy and stings a little. Alcohol is well hidden. Not the most complex Belgian Strong Ale but a very nice beer. |

149 | Brigand Belgian Ale | Belgium | Belgian Ale | 3.2
Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6 Aroma is wonderful of sour cherries and apples. Now its downhill from there. Appearance is dark orange with little head. Flavor is quite sour with a certain musky taste I could do without. It's kind of a poor man's Orval in a way. Palate is a little bitter but quite thin. Overall a so-what kind of Belgian. A "different" beer. |
