Draught. Colour - murky mud brown colour, light tan coloured head, decent lacing. Aroma - nutty malt, weak caramel, burnt wood, earthy hops. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - caramel notes, some bacon, and some spicy hop notes. Not a bad beer.

Can. Colour - Coca-Cola colour, brown edges, light brown head, almost no lacing. Aroma - roasted malt, citrus, weak notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - similar to the aroma with definite coffee and roasdted malt notes backed up by a hint of citrus.

Bottle. Colour - a murky black pour, brown edges, with a creamy light brown head that while thin, laces very nicely. Aroma - roasted malt, nuts, licorice, molasses. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, nicely carbonated. Flavour - bitter coffee, roasted malt, and chocolate. It was an alright beer.

Can. Colour - a very clear pale yellow colour with a short-lived frothy whiite head which lasts 3-5 seconds at most. Aroma - stale grains, wet cardboard, metal, and must. Mouthfeel - thin and watery, well carbonated. Flavour - water with hints of Molson Canadian in the mix. This was the first canned craft beer product in the Maritimes, and I think I have one of the first ones off the line!

Big Bottle. Colour - Clear copper colour, foamy white head, faint lacing. Aroma - cereal malt, floral hops, pine, and citrus. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - not very well balanced as it is more hops than malt, and even at that, it isn't a good hop punch.

Big Bottle. Colour - a slightly cloudy reddish-gold pour, thin off-white head, no lacing. Aroma - weak caramel malt, pine notes, light grapefruit hoppiness. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - weak cereal malt and caramel sweetness backed with a citrusy hop punch and a lingering bitterness.

Bottle. Colour - very pale gold, clear, frothy white head, very little effervescence. Aroma - sour grains, light earthy hops, damp leather. Mouthfeel - weak bodied, quite watery. Flavour - non-existant. It really tastes like a watered down Budweiser

Bottle/Can. Colour - clear light amber colour, decent sized white head with good lacing. Aroma - wet grass, musty hops, slight notes of honey. Mouthfeel - very thin body, average carbonation. Flavour - old stale grains with a hint of sweetness. Not worth multiple tries.

Bottle. Colour - clear rust colour, plenty of effervescence, minimal cream colouyred head. Aroma - tropical fruit, citrus, grass, pine, and cereal malts. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, good carbonation. Flavour - hop forward beer with plenty of citrusy hops notes, some cereal malt notes are present, but definitely overpowered by hops.

Mouthfeel - medium bodied, under carbonated. Flavour - nicely balanced between mild caramel sweetness and a citrus hop punch. Worth another try.

Bottle. Colour - medium golden orange, cloudy, huge white head, good lacing. aroma - grapefruit hops, biscuity malt, hints of spice. Mouthfeel - full bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - nicely balanced with bready malt flavours up front and a citrus hop bite in the finish. Not as hoppy as the 90 minute, but better balanced.

Can. Colour - pale gold, hazy, huge white cap, lots of effervescence. Aroma - pine, citrus, grass, and cereal. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, over carbonated. Flavour - tropical hoppiness, but not as hoppy as the aroma would indicate. Balance is missing with the hops drowing out the malt.

Bottle. Colour – clear dark red with brown hues, nice effervescence, and a decent white head that lasts. Aroma – very grainy with biscuits and cereal with a lot of sweet caramel notes. Hop notes are earthy. Mouthfeel – medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour – nicely balanced between the caramel malt sweetness and the bitter hop finish. Maybe a little coffee in there as well.

Bottle. Colour - goklden orange, quite cloudy, weak off-white head, mild lacing. Aroma - jalapeno comes through nicely, some weak tropical fruit notes, hay, and bread. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, mild carbonation. Flavour - starts off with tropical fruit notes with a small buildup of peppery spice. Nothing 'hot' but the spiciness does catch the throat. almost a gimicky beer.

Mouthfeel - a bit on the thin side, but well carbonated. Flavour - sweet grains and light toffee notes up front with the hoppy citrus notes kicking in at the end. Good effort.

Bottle. Colour - blackish brown in colour, solid, and a thin creamy Cap. Very disappointed in the lack of a head on a root beer. Aroma - sasparilla us the dominant aroma, some weak alcohol notes, and notes of wet cardboard. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, lightly carbonated, neither of which is very root beer like. Flavour - very sweet root beer notes. Did I mention it was sweet?

Flavour - Nicely balanced between the up front cereal malt sweetness and back-end citrusy hop finish. A pleasant brew that would would work while grilling on the deck.
