An old favourite that comes back every now and then. Colour - clear medium gold, red hues, no head. Aroma - grainy malt, hops, lots of fresh ginger. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - slightly sweet, very gingery. Overall - decent.

102 C'est What Hazelnut Coffee Porter Canada Porter 3.6

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

The Coffee Porter redone with hazelnut. Colour - brownish-black pour, light brown head. Aroma - coffee, chocolate, nutella. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied. Flavour - strong coffee notes with chocolate and molasses hints. Overall - good.

103 C'est What Old Town Brown Canada Brown Ale 2.4

This is my least favourite C'est What beverage. Colour - solid brown colour, light brown this head. Aroma - grainy malt, butterscotch, acid. Mouthfeel - thin to medium bodied. Flavour - artificial was the word used by people, I'll second that. Almost had a metallic sense in the mouth Overall - below average.

104 C'est What Rye Ale Canada Rye Beer 3.6

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

The first time I tried this, I didn't like it, but after trying it several more times, it became like an old standby. Colour - clear rusty red colour, weak off-white head. Aroma - grains, hops, weak fruits, and a hint of rye. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - dry, grainy, with some sweet notes mixed in. Overall - good.

105 C'est What Sierra Excellent Ale Canada Mild Ale 3.3

I seemed to like this better than most of my friends, it is an easy drinking ale. Colour - clear medium gold, no head. Aroma - grais, light fruits, a hint of butterscotch, perfumy hops. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - sweet, grainly, some citrusy notes. Overall - enjoyable.

Not one of C'est What's better beers. Colour - clear medium gold, frothy white head. Aroma - weak grassy, light fruit, perfumy hops. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - grainy, light, finishes bitter. Overall - decent.

107 C'est What Steve's Dreaded Chocolate Orange Ale Canada Porter 3.6

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

I've tried this many times and I still don't feel the chocolate and the orange mesh well together. Colour - dark brown, creamy light brown head. Aroma - chocolate. coffee, citrus. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied. Flavour - all over the place with the roasted flavours very disstinct from the orange flavour, almost like they separate. Overall - decent.

108 Cameron's Nut Brown Ale Canada Brown Ale 3.5

Draught. Colour - dark brown, murky, creamy tan coloured head. Aroma - roasted malt, nutty notes, light chocolate. Mouthfeel - thin to medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - roasted malt, some caramel, and light chocolate notes. Not bad.

Like all Camo beers, one must head for the border and get it in Buffalo. Not a huge fan of this one but my girlfriend thinks it rocks. Colour - pale gold. Aroma - alcohol. Mouthfeel - watery. Flavour - awful. Overall - bad!

Camo beers are hard to find in Canada, we're forced to drive across to Buffalo to get the good stuff! Colour - clear dark yellow. Aroma - alcohol. Mouthfeel - medium. Flavour - alcohol. Overall - good for getting drunk

This is another beer that Canadians are forced to go across the border if they want the good stuff! Although this is rare in Buffalo too. Colour - pale gold. Aroma - alcohol/sugar. Mouthfeel - smooth. Flavour - alcohol. Overall - damn good stuff.

This was the beer of my father....and his father. One of the first beers I ever had. Colour - medium gold, white head. Aroma - malty. Mouthfeel - medium. Flavour - strong malt. Overall - very good.

This is one of those cheap beers that you can party with, but you'll be making frequent bathroom trips too. Colour - pale gold, white head. Aroma - sour, skunk. Mouthfeel - watery. Flavour - non-existant. Overall - party on!

This is one of my favourite beers. When it's cold, it's smooth as silk. Colour - pale yellow, white head. Aroma - grainy. Mouthfeel - medium. Flavour - grainy with a hint of sweetness. Overall - Hot damn!

This is a good, cheap, goto beer that never lets me down. Colour - medium gold, white head. Aroma - grainy malt. Muthfeel - medium. Flavour - malty. Overall - very good.

I've only tried this a couple of times. It is not a young man's beer. Colour - medium gold, white frothy head. Aroma - grainy, sweet. Mouthfeel - medium. Flavour - sweet up front,m bitter end. Overall - not bad, worth visiting.

Bottle. Colour - golden brown, hazy, tan head. Aroma - yeast, citrus, malt. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - yeast, spices, citrus, grains. Overall - Charlevoix makes some amazing beers and this is no exception.

Bottle. Colour - golden amber, hazed, thin tan head. Aroma - yeast, pepper, citrus, malt. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - yeast, spices, citrus, grains, some saison sense going on. Overall - As stated in my lupulus review, Charlevoix makes some amazing beers and this is no exception. i wouldn't be surprised if I found out that Lupulus is excessively hopped triple

Bottle. Colour – hazy gold, huge white head, good lacing, good effervescence. Aroma – yeast, light citrus, grains, brown sugar. Mouthfeel – medium bodied, highly carbonated, almost champagne-like. Flavour – grains, citrus, yeast, not as good as the other Chimays I’ve tried.

An outstanding trappist ale. Colour - dark red brown, clear edges, huge foamy light brown cap. Aroma - dark malt, sugar, bread, plums and some cherries. Mouthfeel - Full bodied. Flavour - sweet dark fruit, yeast, sugar, vanilla, and malt. Overall - outstanding!

An almost outstanding trappist ale. Colour - medium red brown, murky body, clear edges, huge foamy tan cap. Aroma - dark malt, sugar, yeast, plums. Mouthfeel - Full bodied. Flavour - sweet dark fruit, yeast, sugar, malt but with a bittering dry finish. Overall - almost outstanding - would be better if the finish wasn't so dry and bitter!

122 Clifford Porter Canada Porter 3.1

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

Can. Colour - very dark brown, solid, creamy light tan coloured cap. Aroma - smoked wood, caramel, roasted malt, and molasses. Mouthfeel - weak for a porter, well carbonated. Flavour - more sweet malt than anything but also some bitter coffee and roasted maly notes in the finish. Not very impressed.

123 Collective Arts Collective Project: Black IPA Canada American Black Ale 3.9

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Can. Colour - Coca-Cola colour, brown edges, light brown head, almost no lacing. Aroma - roasted malt, citrus, weak notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel - medium to full bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - similar to the aroma with definite coffee and roasdted malt notes backed up by a hint of citrus.

124 Colt 45 Malt Liquor United States Strong Lager 3.0

They describe this as a classic malt liquor but I don't think it's all that strong. If you're going to party for more than 20 minutes, you'll need something stronger than Colt 45. Maybe 4 or 5 big bottles will do it.

125 Coors United States Pale Lager 1.9

Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 3 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 4

Bottle/Can/Draught. Colour - a transparent light straw colour with a generous white head that is short-lived and plenty of effervescence. Aroma - light grains, corn, musty hops, and grass. Mouthfeel - light and watery, well carbonated. Flavour - stale grains with hints of cardboard. Not a fan.
