Once poured, you no longer know that this is a Molbatts product. It's not clear, and it's not gold. That said, the aroma and flavour are both watered down when compared to their British and craft counterparts.

This is the world's beer. And the world can have it back. Another in a long line of bland, coloureless lagers that North Americans have come to know and love.

I've not seen this beer around in years, not that it would matter if I did as I would still be passing on it. Not a favourite of anybody I know. Missed the mark in the low cal beer segment it was aiming for.

Looks cheap, tastes cheap, and thankfully is cheap. You won't get drunk, but you waon't spend a lot of money while finding that out either. Another in a long line of bland, colourless palee lagers from the kettles at Labatt.

It tastes exactly like Wildcat Strong.......the 0.2% alcohol difference is hardly noticeable. Like Wildcat Strong, this will get you ill before it gets you drunk.....it's that bad!

I tried this on tap recently as it's a new special brew from Muskoka. The bartender called it a double IPA, although it didn't have any of the characteristics one would expect. A beautiful golden-red nectar with a thick cream coloured head. The citrusy hops comes through heavily in the aroma with light spice tones, and sweet malt. Not a very refreshing beer, but then that's not a hallmark of IPAs. Nice citrus bitterness is balanced by the slight sweetness of the malt. I'll certainly try it again.

A recent find on tap and a pleasant surprise. For a beer that's listed at 3.8%, it drank a lot bigger. A light rust colour, capped by an inch of white creamy froth. The aroma was dominated by sweet malt, some grain, and mild hops. The flavour is very refreshing, with a great balancde between the malt and a mildly bitter finish

This is now available in Ontario in 6 packs, and I'm afraid it all needs to go back from whence it came. This pale ale is a weak golden orange in colour, with a thin head. Lots of skunk in the aroma to go along with weak hops. Flavour is milky sweet....and that's not good in beer.

I've had this beer more than any other and have yet to review it.....my bad! Well, it's swill. It pours a pale gold colour, very clear, and usually with an excessively frothy white cap. Aroma? stale grains, very weak hops. Flavour? Not much. A very grainy tasting beer that is adjunct filled.
