On tap at Cardinal, as Whiplash Bowsie Nitro Brown Ale. Deep reddish brown colour, creamy beige head. Nice aroma of brown malts, caramel and brown bread. Smooth mouthfeel. Fairly nice and smooth flavour, not very sweet, brown malts, lightly roasted malts, brown bread.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Very pale golden colour, large white head. Aroma and flavour of Saaz hops, typical floral notes. Light bodied of course, but very refreshing.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of melon and tropical fruits. Flavour again of melon and tropical fruits, also yellow stonefruits, decent bitterness. A very good beer.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.7%. Brewed on organic Norwegian grains and kveik. Hazy orange to brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of grain, caramel and ripe fruits. Flavour of malts and ripe fruits, hints of toffee, low bitternes. Nice and drinkable, but does not really call for another one.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Brownish orange colour, moderate off-white head. The aroma and flavour have notes of smoke, juniper, red wine, oak and alcohol.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Clear and beautiful reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, dark syrup and brown bread. The flavour has the same elements, but the sweetness is moderate. Low bitterness, but there are still a little bittering hops in the aftertaste.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.3%. Hops are Herkules and Huell Melon. Sampled 1 month before BB date. Gusher can. Hazy orange to brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malts and old jam. Flavour with the same elements, decent bittering hops.

500 ml can, from Kiwi Tau. ABV is 4.7%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts and caramel, notes of newmown grass, some floral notes. "Clean" flavour, decent malts with some caramel, but not very sweet. Hints of citrus, moderate herbal hops.
