The beer pours a translucent medium gold colour with a 1" white head. The aroma is stale grains, weak floral hops, and metallic notes. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainly, slightly sour, and salty and acidic notes. Not very refreshing at all. Based on others who have tried it, they must have had a better batch, because this is awful.

The beer pours a solid black colour with a generous rocky and bubbly light brown head. The aroma is roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, and plums. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is dark chocolate, plums, yeast, and roasted malt. A bit on the sweet side for an Impy Stout, but still very enjoyable.

The mead pours a hazed golden yellow with a minimal white head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is honey, light fruit, grains, and spices. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is very honey strong, with some herbs, grains, and light fruit rounding it out. I like the strong honey presence.

The beer pours a hazed golden colour with a half inch white head that lasts less than a minute. The aroma is grains, and herbal hops. Nothing about the aroma screamed 'Hefeweizen' to me. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was tart wheat, musty grains, and an off taste. This was bad!
