Well i finally got around to reviewing this standard. Pours the color of honey and actually is a bit pale, quite lovely with a nice two finger tight and dirty white head. Head is short-lived but leaves a moderate amount of good lacing. Nose is pine, vanilla, and perhaps a toasty malts with perhaps just a hint of ginger. Mouthfeel is moderate to light in body with nicely done carbonation. Taste is great and moderately complex. Hits slightly sweet with a hint of carmel follows malty then good pine and pepper in the swallow after-taste is a bit resinous and just on the sweet side of dry but quite clean. A very well done American style of Pale Ale (which is to say quite hoppy for its type.) Very solid session brew.

Having this on draft at icons in New Fairfield. Mild nose of citrus and Pine . Hazed dark golden body Topped with a decent white head that leaves a skim coat and very nice lacing . Mouth is light and slick Slightly creamy Understated carbonation . This is just a really nice IPA A little sweet With a Tarte bite of hops in the middle Extremely clean finish Dangerously sessionable

Malt and biscuit dominate the nose With faint pain and citrus notes . 4 is a medium copper clear body With a decent off-white head that lasts leaves a nice skim coat And pretty good Lace . Medium body in the mouth And surprisingly foamy . Perhaps a touch over carbonated . Old-fashioned IPA flavor profile Definitely more bitter than their Pale Ale . Leather and tobacco , honey near the end , A little aspirin at the end , Alcohol is warming , Finish is dry and pretty Clean. Nice to get an old fashioned IPA in these days .

Mild in the nose, sweet and sour and perhaps a bit cloying, malt bread pepper and citrus. Very nice very very long-lasting head is just off-white and foamy, sitting atop a pale copper body. Very creamy mouth with medium to heavy body. Flavor of ripe banana meeting a small dose of hops bitterness, and a sweet maple syrup flavor to boot. Alcohol is present as well. Eventaully goes a bit sour. Not the way I remember English bitters tasting in the 70's pubs in London, close but a bit heavier and more sour, unique.

Nose of Pine and biscuit and some significant malt. copper body with a frothy egg-white head that lasts forever and has incredible lace. Creamy medium mouth with significant tingle. Flavor is nicely bitter in an old fashioned IPA way. Some almond some Pine resin some biscuit some leather and tobacco.

Nose similar to a Pilsner but with less grass and a bit more biscuit. Pours a pale yellow with minimal white head with little retention and little lace. Decent mouth not quite watery, quite tingly well-done carbonation. A bit spicier in the end than many blondes which is quite nice. Some apple or pear in the middle and a very clean finish. Light grass and biscuit at the start . Quite nicely done actually and very drinkable.

Almost no nose to speak of. Some lightly roasted malts possibly Crystal malts. light brown body topped with almost no head and no lace. The mouth is thin and tingly. Some vague hints of chocolate in the flavor some vague pear which is very odd for the style and a bit of a chemical aftertaste. A bit more Hoppy than one expects and lacking in that bread flavored component. If you have to have a two roads beer that I like. Anybody want five bottles?

Fantastic nose; chocolate, coffee, vanilla ice cream, hazelnut. Opaque super dark brown body apt with a huge frothy 10 head the blast and leaves incredible lace., mouth is medium-bodied slightly light. Quite clean and not coating. Flavor of burnt malts, Arabic coffee, vanilla malted, Bittersweet baking chocolate and yes maybe the can is Right some touches of peanut butter. This is some damn good stuff.

Pale nose mostly Citra some sweet malt / biscuit notes. Clear medium gold body with continuing effervescence topped with a frothy white head that is short-lived but leaves great lace. The mouth is light Bodied with a nice carbonation level. Taste a bit more like a mild IPA than a mild Pale Ale but it is extremely sessionable and since that's the name I'm going to give it an eight for flavor even though the flavor is light weight. Nicely balanced decent little hopkick a bitterness in the middle the tropical notes are played down somewhat maybe some lemon peel definitely some pepper Little Biscuit in the end. Very very sessionable.
