Perfect pils aroma... Lemon zest, fresh cut grass, maybe a hint of almond extract. Pours a very clear pale gold with a decent head that doesn't have much staying power and leaves no lace. Great mouth.. tingly slippery and clean, slightly light body. Pills flavor doesn't get any better than this.. tart, a little bit of must, slightly astringent towards the end, perfectly bittered and perfectly balanced. And some lemon rind and fresh grass the super clean finish.

Sweet malts immediate upon the nose.... Fresh baked bread... Just a little floral. Light copper body topped with a whitehead with minimal retention and minimal lace. Mouth is creamy and quite effervescent. Medium bodied. Flavor starts a bit hoppy.. mid taste goes a bit sour.. malt showing up in the finish which is rather lengthy. A touch of astringency in the finish. Gets better as it warms.

Huge nose of citrus and pine and mango. Looks just right for a NEIPA... Totally hazed dark amber body, Great lace, and a whitehead with moderate retention. This big beer brings all of your mouth into play especially the back outside tongue. It's pretty clean is moderate carbonation. If you're looking for something that's hoppy as hell and will call juicy has really at least as much old-fashioned California IPA flavor as it does normal New England juice bombs then this is the one for you.

Huge long-lasting nose fresh, tropical, pine. Fully hazed medium amber body with a very smallish white head that lasts well and leaves decent lace. Mouth is full slick slightly drying and long-lasting. Flavor is so green with fresh hops... Citrus pith.. bitter... Sour lemon... Pine resin.

Billy Brady on the nose some nice funky pasture. Pours a clear light gold with minimal head and minimal lace although it's in the s***** airport bar plastic glass so who knows. Really soft smooth mouth with a great tingle really spot on. It's a fairly hoppy German pilsner a lot of bread and cracker some peppery spice it's really an excellent pilsner. Is it worth 12 bucks at an airport bar I don't know but it's pretty damn good.

Okay this is weird but I get a smoky nose almost like a sweet barbecue maybe an Asian barbecue. Also some pepper and some very sweet peach in the nose. Unique. Hazed deep gold slightly amber body whitehead that lingers slightly but doesn't really last too long minimal lace. Mouth has a nice tingle it's medium to light bodied plays really well in the back of the mouth very tangy. Okay weird I also get barbecue in the flavor they're calling this a pale ale it's much more like a sour which happens a lot with Kent falls. There's some apple cider vinegar there's some candy sugar there's a medium length finish that ends up almost clean surprisingly for as sweet and tart and sour and yes it's almost like drinking a sweet tart. Suspect the barbecue is coming from the oak barrel aging. I mean they're calling this a Paleo so I don't know where to downgrade the score because this is not a pale ale. I would wonder if it had gone bad except I bought it at the brewery so it's two and a half years old if doesn't taste like it's gone bad it's just really not a pale ale. I find a drinkable it's tasty it's just not a payal what do I do I guess I'll knock it down two points on flavor for being totally off style.

Mild nose... Raisin, cotton candy, fresh cut grass. Deep copper body thin off white head, reasonable lace for the ABV. Moderate to low carbonation, slick on the mouth, medium body. Fairly subtle flavor for its style. Black cherry, brown sugar but sweet well balanced with coffee tones a very long finish that is a bit of stringent and nicely bittered. Tasty is always from Lagunitas.

Nose: pea, bubble gum and a little hint of white pepper. Pours a hazed medium gold body, minimal Head has poor retention. Nice mouth tingly clean. Flavor is all banana at first... Fouls was slight clove flavors which are understated which I appreciate. The bubble gum is definitely there. Just a hint of pepper in the end and I'm going white pepper here. Like a mild hefe which I suppose is appropriate.

Nose: raisins, creme brulee, clove and banana faintly present. Appearance: opaque deep brown body topped with a long-lasting beige head with nice lace. Mouth: Fizzy for sure, clean with medium body plays strongly on the back of the tongue. Flavor: Damn this is tasty! Light coffee and sweet cacao in the front. Esters and phenols are present but very minimal..... I love this balance. Creme brulee really coming out as it warms slightly. Alcohol very well masked but slightly warming in the middle of the taste. Very very long finish which starts slightly sweet but really ends clean. Could be my new favorite brew.

Nose: Clove, bubble gum, grass, violets. Appearance: Indeed a crystal clear body, moderate short-lived head leaving more suds than lace. Mouth: medium body, slick, decent tingle, not coating. Flavor: Surprisingly sweet, drinking a bit on the warm side and getting maple syrup, clove aspect is there and is drying on the mouth, short finish is dry and baking spice. Bubblegum is there. Slightly more hops and less esters than a straight hefe as it should be.
