In Reply To #2 I've done "liquor" only a handful of times in any given year. I finished my recent night in Vegas with a couple of black russians... my most favorite and impressive beverage of them all. Others on the list: long island ice tea, and jameson. White whine is useless (prefer beer where whites are drinkable), and reds are a great touch to a nice dinner.

Beer. That's the drink of Gods and wise human beings :) Seriously, I don't like other alcoholic beverages, except very rare good brandy (Napoleon). But extremely rare. And most usually I drink beer, water and green tea. That's a secret of happy life!
In Reply To #1 Aside from Beer, I am a huge rum nut, and any drink containing rum. I am a huge fan of tropical drinks, natually, fortified with rum. I have lately taken a liking to the Cuban cocktail, Mojito (pronouced Mo-HEE-to). It's very sweet with rum or lime flavored rum, crushed lime, spearmint, and sometimes a splash of club soda. Very good, even from a Commie nation like Cuba! So anything rum would be my number two alchy beverage. Next for old Oiz would be wine (I am Italian, it's prerequisite to like wine!). I enjoy a good fruity sweet wine. Not that dry Merlot shit, or White Zin, which I have been told is the Budweiser of wine. Occaisonally, I will nip at Frangelico Hazelnut Liquour made by monks from Italy, Sambuca from Italy, Ouzo from Greece, and Bailey's Irish Cream from Ireland, but that really is it. My first choice, definitely Beer. Oiz
