New Poll: One Beer Style

Poll Discussion by CLASH

One beer style for the rest of your life......go! -IPA - Citrus is boss! -Stout - Chocolate and coffee mmm mmm -Sours - Pucker up! -Lager - Going all in then Im keeping it simple! -Belgians - Yeast is the beast! -None of the above but one malty style -None of the above but one hoppy style -I'd rather give up beer than only drink one style. Tough question going on here. And please no you are not allowed the option of well I like them all. Of course you do! Most people here like many types of beer so that's a cop out. I can't fit every style in a poll so I went very BROAD with options then allowed some wiggle room with malty or hoppy. Whats it gonna be?

I've had Cape Cod Blonde and Red. They're both very drinkable but very average. Haven't been up there though. Friend brought growlers back.

Well, this is interesting. As it happens I am traveling to Bean Town tomorrow (evening of 8/8) and will move from there to Eastham. Mayhaps I will do a little scouting for us both? I'll be happy to share any great venues I discover. And if your definition of "soon" includes this weekend, please join us at Doane Rock off of Doane Road in Eastham for a picnic Sunday afternoon. Fellow BeerPals in the Cape Cod area this weekend include DarkAleMonkey and MWiscount. http://www.nps.gov/caco/planyourvisit/upload/FinalGGDoane.pdf

Thanks for the invite but soon is on the 18th. I'm sure good beers will be flowing at the picnic. Check out http://www.moonshineliquorscapecod.com/

Well, it's the 18th as I write. You are at the Cape and I have just returned to Casa del Foam south of Washington, DC. Somehow I missed Moonshine Liquors, but their global selection looks good. I focused more on local selections while traveling in MA, NH, and ME. While picnicking at the Doane Rock picnic area in Eastham, 2 fellow BeerPals and I made short work of a 6-er of Mayflower Summer Rye Ale (http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/mayflower-summer-rye-ale/105957/) Have a good time!

If for the rest of my life, it probably would have to be something simple. Not some big, heavy beer. I may have to agree with the Pale Ale.
