New Poll: New beers

Poll Discussion by SLOWRUNNER77

Yes, it’s a new rating! Yes, because I might like it after all. Maybe, in rare circumstances but not usually. I am a little bit of all 3 of those. Voted 3. Usually no 2 or 3...3 covering 1. Every once and a while I'll spend or buck or two on what I know will be swill. Still can be fun. Or in the instance of a few crappy "craft" brewers like Indian Wells...they are SO bad it can actually be funny. Not to mention the bad beers make one appreciate the good ones even more. I call it "resetting the bar." [:D]

I will buy them if they are cheap. I have had a few surprises over the years. That is what keeps me rating.

I enjoy beer too much to purposefully buy something less than desirable just to rate. I have had non-stellar beers unintentionally. Need to get caught up on ratings.... Several in my texts and notebook.

We should have a poll to see when we are going to get a new poll............

"How often should BeerPal do a new poll?" - Once a month - Once every other month - Whenever someone gets a new idea or feels like adding one - When the shit brown theme goes away - Never. I love the old ones.

And in the 1989 Funk and Wagnalls Canadian College Dictionary, the last word is 'Zymurgy' How appropriate for this site

From http://dictionary.reference.com/help/faq/language/w41.html What is the absolute last word in any dictionary? Zyxt is listed as the last word in the online Oxford English Dictionary, an obsolete Kentish word that is the second singular indicative present form of the verb see. The next-to-last is zyxst, an obsolete word meaning 'sixth'. Several online dictionaries list the word zyzzyva, a tropical American weevil, as the last word in the letter Z.
