Cost and Serving Types in reviews.

I altered the beer reviews to display the price paid and serving types that the reviewer entered, if any. All the older reviews are the same as usual, since that info wasn't asked of them. Once enough cost values are entered for a beer I'll have it show the average cost per pint for that beer. It won't be very scientific at all, but better than nothing.
