We're with you! You may be tempted to rush the recovery period. Doctors and Physical therapists often take the conservative (i.e., s-l-o-w) route, and you may get impatient. Even if you feel fine, please be a compliant patient and follow the protocol. Their recovery plan is based on evidence gathered from others who did not listen! You'll be better than new in good time!

Thanks guys - drinking a post op smoothie. They had to drill some holes in the hip to hopefully stimulate cartilage growth, which was a little more than he expected... Other than that it went pretty smooth.
