What's for dinner?

Beer and Food by MATTFUNGUS

I'm having fried chicken mushrooms. When fried in butter they taste like fried chicken skin. With this I'm adding bbq sauce and making a low cholesterol mock chicken wings. Also made a bowl of New Mexico Red. That's 2 onions 3 cloves garlic 5 TBsps New Mexico Chile powder (Medium) nooooo cumin 1 lb hamburger 2 Tbsp cooking oil 2 cans of beans (I like pinto and red) 2 Tsp chicken bullion or 2 cubes 1 tsp garlic salt sautee onions til transparent. Add chile powder. Simmer one minute. Add garlic, stir, simmer one minute. Add hamburger, stir, simmer 10 minutes stirring every 3. Add water, bring to boils and then simmer til hamburger falls apart. Drain cans of beans and add. add salts to taste. Simmer five more minutes. you could also add mesquite flavoring or tequila, for a smokey flavor, but I like it straight up. NO TOMATOES

The remnants of a cauldron of New England Clam Chowder with corn muffins and garlic-pumpernickel croutons (that I made). Paired with a mainstay of mine - Sam Adams Boston Lager.

Yum. One of my favorite meals...a big bowl of clam chowder and an ice cold lager/pils...hell yeah.
