What is the one beer you would like to forget?
General Beer Discussion by TREBORIUS
In your craft beer journey? Over the weekend, I attended the barbecue of a friend, and he gave me his 'craft beer of choice'..........Little Kings Cream Ale. He was just loving them and I thought they were hideous. I am trying to forget I tried them.

It gets a 3.02 on a lower scale at RB (0.5-5.0 instead of 1-5) so how's a 2.5 above average? Just curious... It's a pretty simple brew, so I can get how people wouldn't like it, it just hit me right.

Back Forty Naked Pig Ale I felt bad about my rating here because the score was so low compared to others and then went to rate beer where my score was 'above' average. I'd like to forget that one.

I expect the stinkers from some places. Others, maybe not expected, but not shocking either. Anyone had a stinker from a brewery they otherwise love? One that comes to mind for me is North Coast Wintertime. NEVER liked it...don't even know or care if it's still made.

I don't know why I didn't post this earlier (and if I did, I missed it): Indian Wells Whiskey Barrel Amber http://www.beerpal.com/Indian-Wells-Whiskey-Barrel-Amber-Beer/44645/ [xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(][B)][B)][B)][B)][B)][B)][B)][B)][V][V][V][V][V][V][V] ...sorry, I got possessed by Oiznop there for a minute. I'm better now, thank you.
A couple years ago Great Lakes put out a Saison called Grassroots...a huge stinker and based on the sitting stock in the stores an even bigger loss for them. Needless to say I have never seen it since. Unfortunately this replaced their Moondog ESB which was an awesome brew.

Alesmith Speedway Stout - had it several times, including during a brewery tour, and just didn't like it.

I dig the pig, however admittedly it is far better from the tap than the bottle. The new Frecklebelly IPA from Back Forty is righteous.

MGD 64. I could not tell this from water with a few drops of food coloring in it! ZOMG - did I just dignify that slop with the term "beer"? [:0] Oh, that's right - you said in your Craft Beer journey. Well, can't think of any. I've had a few craft beers that were, well, not so hot, but not one that I particularly wanna forget.
