Anheuser Busch products

General Beer Discussion by MINGO51

I know most A/B products are considered terrible, but the bottom line is that they are the most readily availible beers anywhere. I personally think that Michelob amber bock is the best but I was wondering what some others think.

In Reply To #1 I have yet to try an AB product that meets my palates standards. Same goes for Coors, and Miller. Miller had a good thing going when Pierre Celis was working for them, but they blew that relationship. When it's time for crummy beer pong beer, I head for Pabst products. I'd rather not put my $12 into AB, Miller or Coors. Pabst isn't exactly small, but it's better than the aformentioned macros. As for Mich's Amber Bock, to call it a bock is a fucking crime.

Yea I don't think Amber Bock is all that bad and it probably is the best of the AB line. For sure it ain't no bock though! Just drink what you like and be sure to experiment.

I agree, there really is NO good AB product, but Amber Bock is a decent brew. If you haven't tried it on tap, do. It's better on tap than out of a bottle. It's usually one of the best beers on tap in places with standard (read: limited or only macro-brewed pisswater beers) fare.

Are you friggin kidding me! They fucking suck! strong sales do NOT equal quality. For further examples see McDonalds, Brittany spears, or Tommy pull-my-finger. Bottom line... Rice and Corn are great in dog food but suck in beer

I agree with you all. AB products are garbage. That also goes for Miller and Coors. Mass produced water. Amber Bock is so so. I only get this if I am in a place that has this as there best selection.
