Proof that 200 million doesn't necessarily buy a championship. Anyone wanna be over/under on next years payroll? 240? Do I hear 250? Surely another 40 or 50 mil would rent a few more broken down ball players. You'd think eventually they'd just go to their farm system. OH YEA! They have NO farm system.
