Links: Sign Up to Participate:A century ago, Roanoke was dubbed "The Magic City." Why? Because it grew so fast. Almost overnight, what was once the sleepy crossroads of Big Lick became a true city. And as recently as last year, the Magic City had no beer to call its own. Almost overnight, that has changed, too. We have grown beyond our expectations and we are grateful for the support we have received in Southwest Virginia. We are also proud. We are proud of the integrity of our Brewmaster and the beer he makes. We are proud that all the preparation that went on behind the scenes to make this brewery possible has paid off. When that preparation saw light in July, 2008, we declared it a happy ending to our story. Turns out it was a happy beginning.
