There were no rules, no reverence, no sales projections to meet. Just ingenuity, passion, and the chutzpah to create something completely different. That was a craft beer, not the $150 million ad campaigns. At Hop City, we brew beer because we love it. And in doing so we have created a really really really good recipe we dare you to try.
