For too long beer has been removed from its true craft roots. Think about the first guys who sat down in some basement to craft the first batch of beer. There were no rules, no reverence, no sales projections to meet. Just ingenuity, passion, and the chutzpah to create something completely different. That was a craft beer, not the $150 million ad campaigns. At Hop City, we brew beer because we love it. And in doing so we have created a really really really good recipe we dare you to try. Made with the only the best ingredients, this beer will make squirrels bark and grown men cry. It's time to make some noise. It's time for craft beer with attitude.
