Pie Thief Midnight B.A. is more than just any ol' pumpkin beer. We took our pumpkin wheatwine, Pie Thief, and condemned it to a Superstition Blueberry Hex mead barrel with an additional dose of vanilla beans for a extended slumber. The result is a devilish looking, midnight black Pie Thief imparted 100% by the barrels themselves. Expect an incredibly complex drinking experience with oak, vanilla, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon and blueberry on the nose and drinking with rich baker’s chocolate, currant and boysenberry. This one will only get better with time...if you can restrain your curiosity

Rated Jan. 2019. 12oz bottle pours with a dark mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up blueberry, molasses, wheat and prunes. The taste delivers silky smooth sweetness in the form of molasses, blueberries and plums. To midway a ribbon of sweet wheat and spicy black strap molasses bubble to the surface. This comes together beautifully. Great sipper.
