Our Pale Mexican Lager returns. Brewed with our house pilsner malt, flaked corn, and a touch of Vienna to bring that crisp malt profile true to the style. Then we hit it with some classic noble hops in the kettle early on for that refreshing bitterness that reminds you of taking that first sip from a clear long neck bottle just so you can fit in that lime. Drinks with a delicate dryness, delicious in its own simplicity. If you're feeling adventurous, throw a lime in it or use it in your next michelada! You won't be upset about it, our production team here definitely wasn't.
