Otis’ ESB (Extra Special Bitter) is a premium English Ale. Despite the name, this well balanced brew is less bitter than an average American IPA. Scottish malt and a Yorkshire yeast strain provide a malty backbone to the ale. English-style Challenger hops are added to the keg for a spicy nose and late final bite.
