The wonderfully refreshing German style American Pilsner has the translucent coloration and smooth taste that all beer lovers would recognize as "your basic BREWSKY!" No less complex, however, than its IPA companion, Woodstock Pilsner TM boasts some formidable hops and malts and makes for an engagingly provocative flavor equal to its consumer's zest for life! Hops: Kent Golding, Perle & Tettenger Malts: 2 Row Pale & DC Pilsen Yeast: Wyeast

Clear gold, although there is sediment in the bottle, there’s not much haze in the glass. The aroma is slight grassy hops, a bit of straw malt, although I wouldn’t call this dry. Definitely not as good as their IPA.

Yet another brand new brewery here in Georgia. I have had the IPA from these guys at a tasting and it was pretty good so I look forward to their pilsner. I guest tried and reviewed Tupper's pils so I look forward to this parrellel tasting. First off, the aroma is very grainy and bready with maybe some peculiar caramel overtones with some sweet malt with not much in the way of hoppiness at all. The appearance is a golden yellow with a head on top that diminishes very quickly to a stringy lacing that is white in color. The mouthfeel is light-bodied with not much complexity here with a palate that is a bit rocky. The flavor is slightly hoppy, definitely not saaz hops, with some nice maltiness on the back end with a finish that is pretty tasty and thrist-quenching. Overall, not bad for a brand new brewery and a pretty good pils as well but definitely a different taste from the Tupper's pils I had; recommended.
