This fine ale enjoys a dark, rich colour and a distinctive hoppy character. Only the best ingredients are used including floor malted barely with some crystal malt added to achieve a slightly biscuity flavour. Available In: 9 & 18 Gallon Casks, Bottled Cases of 12 x 500ml and 24 x 330ml

Cask. Copper colour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, toffee, some wooden and nutty notes along with mild fruity and floral notes. Flavour is nutty, toffeeish, caramel and crystal malty along with some wooden, fruity and resiny notes.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy flat reddish amber colour with a small tan-coloured film. Weak aroma of soap, nut-shells and earth. Light-bodied with notes of caramel, soap and nuts. Flat mouthfeel. Short and almost bland finish of earthy and herbal hops.
