Winter cider is a balanced culmination of premium French and traditional American oak, giving the cider great complexity and broad characteristics that neither style could produce on it's own. This cider has tremendous depth starting with an attractive oak taste and finishing with a touch of vanilla, all crafted in Woodchuck traditiona .. independent to the core.

Mire sweet than tart, but a little o both. A touch of oakiness in the nose and flavor too. Pretty aggressive apple flavor, with a bit of a lingering finish.

Pours a hazy honey-golden, not much head but this is cider. Strong aroma is very apply, no surprise, but very much of fresh apples, sweet and a little sour plus an alcohol kick. Fresh apple flavor has more sweetness than sourness and a subtle alcohol nip. Firm, fizzy texture leaves a nice sour apple finish. Chuck on down today.

Flat golden yellow color, and like most ciders, no head nor lacing. Almost overripe apple aroma initially, and a bit of off-putting oakiness, then as it warms a bit, more pronounced ripe sweet apple flavors with some light underlying spiciness and vanilla. Not my favorite cider.

pours an amber/coppery color with no head or lacing. The aroma is fo course apple cider with some citrus notes. The taste is that of apple cider with some hints of citrus. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing with low carbonation. Overall, very refreshing and light.

You know. I've been thinking. I don't have enough ciders. This one was nice though. Very refreshing, clean (der) and made me want to have a second but I passed on it. The tangy, citrusy fruit that could be expected, low carbonation, prety much nothing. Very easy on the palate. Delicious!

It pours a copper and amber with no head nor lacing. An aroma of apple cider, citrus, grapes, and an excellent arrangement of spices. The mouthfeel is smooth a little thin now. Flavors of apple cider, orange and citrus, grape, caramel malts, and spiciness. It is very good .. I just can't ciders seriously as a beer..
