The ultimate catch, a refreshing golden pale ale with a fruity bitterness & lingering aftertaste. Certainly a beer to help create those one that got away stories! Brewed with Wold grown malts and hopped with the fruity Cascade and Goldings hops.

500 ml bottle, February 2016, from Matkroken Stokka. BBE 07.2014. ABV is 4%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts and dust, a hint of ripe yellow fruits. Grainy and fairly dry flavour, just a faint hint of fruity hops, "dusty" Goldings hops in the finish. Rather boring.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, mild wood, fruits and some toffee as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, floral notes with some quite big zestyness in the finish.
