The beer is meant to represent the German school with short and intensive bitterness in the finish. Wisby Pils is probably the only pils that is brewed on one part wheat malt and four parts barley malt.

Pale yellow with a small white head. Slightly metallic nose with touches of white bread and grass. Quite hoppy flavour of wet grass with some dryiness and skunkiness. Bitter finish. Nothing outstanding, really.

Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head, which disappeared quickly. Maizy aroma with hints of malt and hops and also weak metallic notes. Oily palate and mainly hoppy flavour. Bitterish finish and aftertaste, a bit watery beer.

Poured a golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of grass, dough, and citrus hops. Light dough, grains, and light hops. Crisp and refreshing.
