Pours out in a clear brownish amber colour with a large fluffy but quickly disappearing off-white foam. Fruity aroma of Anjou pears and red apples with sourish undertones of burnt malts. Medium-bodied with notes of rye bread, fudge, toasted malts and apple-skins. Medium bitter grassy finish with acidic undertones of burnt malts and green apples.
