This English-style ale features a light earthy hop aroma enveloped by toasty and caramel malt notes. The flavor is richly malty yet very soft while the bitterness accents the complex malt flavors of this highly quaffable brew.

Tasted on Tap at 2005 OBF. Orange gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is mild, malty, fruity and a touch herbal. A medium to light bodied bitter. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly bitter, herbal and mild. Smooth tasting, nicely balanced bitter. It is a little lacking in the flavor department but besides that.. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
