Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Malty, herbal nose. Hazy amber beer with creamy white head. Light fine carbonation. Medium body. Taste is citric, bitter, some tannin. Then I read the tasting notes, BILLY TEA! You can really taste the lemon myrtle and black wattleseed. Excellent pint. Lingering tea dryness...Struth!
