The second offering from Wild Goose that I have tried and discarded out of hand. Their brews aren't terrible, but it seems like a tremendous waste of time to make such a mediocre batch of beer. This beer is light amber in color with a huge weiss-like head. Very little aroma at all - I wondered if I had a cold. Light bodied mouthfeel. Flavor is mild and malty, little to no hopping - perhaps the wheat is noticeable. Finishes with a whimper. Not a very good beer.
