My last beer of the evening; as such my reviewing skills may have been compromised. Yet, this was such a remarkable stout, I will not forget it in a hurry. Arguably the best of its class in the country, it's as dark as night, but as smooth as you can imagine. Beautiful iced coffee / chocolate icecream flavours, with an excellent balance of sweetness & bitterness. Wonderful beer. Highly recommended. On this trip I was unable to taste the seasonal (and exceptional) Russian Imperial Stout, yet the Velvet Cream is worth the trip in its own right.
