This is our first American style stout. We made this ale with multiple varieties of dark and roasted malts to appease all of the malt lovers out there. Look for intense roast characteristics and a firm hop presence.

Pours a luscious dark chocolate brown with a light tan head. Rich aroma definitely has several tones of roast malt, with subtle coffee, caramel and toffee notes. Flavor fills the mouth with smoky malt, roast coffee, earthy, woody hop and nutty tones. Texture is fairly smooth, a bit powdery, not as heavy as most stouts I have tried, leaving a roast malt and woody hop finish. Get wicked!
