Having grown up in a French-Canadian family we found nice ways to swear. This is a play on words and a little tip of the hat to all my French friends. This is a traditional wheat based Belgian White beer. It is infused with coriander and bitter orange peel to provide a spicy, herbal, zesty aroma and flavour. This beer will be very cloudy from starch haze and/or yeast, which gives it a milky, whitish-yellow appearance and it will have a dense, white, head. With an effervescent character and smooth medium body, this beer finishes dry and a little tart.
