The Story... Bohemia was a state in current day Czech Republic. Bohemians were known for being musical, artistic, writers, or having spiritual pursuits. Bohemians were often know as adventurers and wanderers. The Beer... Liquid gold. Pours a clear, slightly dark gold color with an off-white head. Smell is like freshly baked bread coming out of a refrigerator, accentuated by floral hops and spicy notes. At first taste it?s light and bready, but the hops, spices, and dankness build in the middle, giving it a bold bitterness. Refreshing, clean finish and balanced aftertaste, practically inviting you to have another. Unfiltrd Project Beer #74 or #77 - depends who you ask lol.

Seems like a pilsner-rating night. This 5.2% ABV version (34 IBU) is fairly filtered, but I see a touch of tiny particles (gets a tad hazy at the last pour). Golden colour with a big frothy-creamy head, good retention and nice fluffy-foamy patches of lacing. Aromas are quite bready with the yeast and malts. Hints of bananas. Thankfully, the mouthfeel is crisp, not syrupy as it seemed. The Pils malt gives more of a cereal grain taste than spicy. A decent touch of herbal hops lingers. Not my fave Pilsner, but much better than the nose lead to.

Tall can from the brewery. Pours a fairly big frothy white head and has a clean pale golden appearance with thick dirty lace. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of wheat and barley malt with notes of and grassy hops. Flavours are mostly grassy and herbal hops, followed by lots of wheaty and grainy malts. Some very subtle citrus hops in the mix. Somewhat of a slick mouthfeel, not very dry, and just a little bit of creamy notes on the palate. Nothing quite special but easily enjoyable on a hot summer day for sure.
