Enjoyed at Craft Beer Market. Pours a dark brown colour with a mocha head and decent lace. Dark fruits in the aromas with some roasted malts. The burnt malts show up more in the taste with the dark fruit in the background. Nice schwarzbier that has nice burnt notes and quite rich overall.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a small foamy beige head and has a very dark appearance, almost pitch black. Thin sticky lacing. Aromas are mild grainy malts, hints of coffee and a tiny bit of chocolate. Flavours are mainly malty, some sweet and chocolatey notes, a bit of coffee and cocoa hints. A bit of a cocoa like taste in the finish. Somewhat of a pasty like mouthfeel in the finish.
