This ale is brewed considering tradition in mind but with the discerning Australian drinker in mind. This Pale Ale presents with a balance of malt & hops in flavour. With a crisp clean aroma the late additions of Cascade & Hallertau hops lend interesting aromatics to this beer. The mouth feel is enhanced by a small proportion of crystal malt and this Pale Ale could be considered by some people to be a session beer.

Nice gold colourm with fine offwhite head, some lace. Smells of pale malt powder, and spicy/tropical fruit. Some yeast in there too. Perfumy, juniper-like, herbal flavour, with a reasonable bitter finish. A touch of meaty, yeast flavours as well. Nice mouthfeel, not too drying, yet crisp and demanding more. Indeed a session beer.
