Ein sehr mildes, helles obergäriges Bier, das seinen Ursprung in Köln hat. Dieses Bier zeichnet sich neben dem dezenten Hopfenaroma durch seine erfrischende Wirkung aus, die Lust auf mehr macht. Das unfiltrierte nach kölscher Art gebraute Bier passt hervorragend zu leichten, würzigen Gerichten wie Salat oder Hünschen und Fisch.

500 ml flip-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann glass an unfiltered hazy copper brown colored ale with a one finger slight beige foamy head that had a good retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild grainy wheaty malts, yeast, floral hops, hints of fruits, citrus. The flavour is grainy malts and a floral bitterness. The mouthfeel is slight prickly and had some aciditic notes. This light bodied ale has a grainy malty and quite bitter finish. A nice refreshing ale in the Kölsch way.
