Malzmischung : Weyermann Böhmisches Tennenmalz ( Pilsener Art ) 96 %; Weyermann Carabohemian 2 %; Weyermann Sauermalz 2%.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann glass an unfiltered slight hazy amber-orange coloured Pilsner with a generous two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, floral hops and with notes of aromatic hops. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, a solid floral hoppy bitterness, slight sourish tones ( rotten citrus ? ), notes of aromatic hops, a touch of flowers, violet. The mouthfeel is crispy and nice bitter. This medium bodied Pilsner has a dry bitter finish. A very pleasant Pilsner brewed in the own brewery located in the cult Weyermann Maltery in Bamberg.
