500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann glass a clear copper-brown coloured Pilsener with a two fingers slight beige soapy and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is light roasted malts, notes of caramel, herbal hops. The flavour is a pronounced floral and herbal hoppy bitterness, caramel malts. The mouthfeel is light crispy and round. The texture is quite watery. This light bodied Pilsener has a dry hoppy bitter finish. A pleasant tasting Pilsener from the Weyermann brewery.
