Finally Legal is a big stout brewed with Munich malts, smoked malts, cocoa nibs, cocoa powder and vanilla. Rolling in at 13.5% ABV, Finally Legal has rich chocolate flavor with hints of vanilla and a touch of smoky bacon. As if that’s not enough, we blended this tasty brew with its bourbon barrel aged counterpart before packaging it for your enjoyment. Pours coffee with a thin buff head. Aroma features boozy, roast malt, caramel and subtle chocolate notes. Flavor yields roadt malt, chocolate, boozy and subtle earthy tones. Texture supplies firm, viscous body and lively fizz. Bravo on being legal!

pours a nice tan head that dissipates very quickly. The beer itself is a dark chocolate black with a chocolate milk texture. The aroma is decent. It has a fairly strong boozy note to it with a mix of a creamy vanilla, which are the main notes that come out. The taste has a strong creamy vanilla note with cocoa around the edges and a decent bourbon note as well. The mouthfeel is a heavy body with biting carbonation and a strong alcohol burn to it.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

This pours out 100% black with no real head probably because of the high ABV. The aroma is very unique and great smelling. The mouthfeel is solid but a little thin for a Imperial Stout. The taste is complex with a hint of sweetness. The high ABV is very well hidden.
