I found this essentially identical to the Weston Organic Cider. The only difference was slightly more alcohol warmth. Quite the deep yellow body. Clear and clean with some good bubbles rising to the top. The aroma was very much like a wine. It didn't suggest apples to me, but did suggest some sweetness and alcohol. Mouth was sweet and wet with the bubbles lively, and ended dry with alcohol presence. Taste was dry and had the cider taste, but also had a very different odd taste. Odd doesn't necessarily mean bad and it worked in the ciders favour here. Good stuff.

Bottle: Poured a medium yellow color cider with very low carbonation. Aroma of dry apple and some horse blanket is a different then what I usually expect in a cider but still enjoyable. Taste consists of some dry apple with some lingering sweetness at the end and some light oak notes as well as horse blanket. Enjoyable though not necessarily something that I would drink often.
