This small batch specialty ale is a collaboration of brewers George Eagleson (F & M) and Marvin Dyck (Wellington). It is patterned after a traditional ESB. However, with 2 breweries involved, we had to make it a double! Using locally grown bittering hops, true-to-style English flavouring hops and dry hopped with West Coast citrus aroma hops, this 6.5% beer is all that and then some.
