Bottle. Poured an unfiltered medium amber colored ale with a one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is fruity, green apples, grapes, some sourness. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, herbal hops, biscuits, fruity, apples and aciditic tones, orange, citrus. The mouthfeel is pleasant. This medium to full bodied ale has a light bitter finish ant is quickly warming up. A nice surprise.
