On tap at Split Rock brewfest. Reddish brown in color with a nice white head. Malty, roasty. Some spiceyness in the aroma. Smooth tasting. Decent beer.

Not a douple bock by a shot, still a nice attempt at the style. This brewery is held back by the archane bier laws of NC. You just ain't gonna bet a true bock at 5.9% I drank the bier in a liter glass, and was happy but not over whelmed by the experiance-malty and one demensional. Nice location, food was ok.

Poured a copper color with a quickyl diminishing off white head. Mild malt, wheat, some caramel in the aroma. Caramel maltiness and alittle hops in the finish. Watery mouthfeel. Not enough spice here for a weizen bock.
