Part of their Summer Sampler Box Set at the LCBO with 2 cans of these, their Pilsner and their IPA. Pours a very slightly cloudy yellow colour with a decent creamy white head, good retention and a little lacing. Aromas of a true Belgian Blonde, just milder as the alcohol content is lower than most. Mostly with the Belgian Ale yeast and some nice spicy light hops. The taste is even milder, like a watered down version. Like a good light version of a Belgian Ale made for easy drinking. Not a big surprise from this brewer, but an enjoyable one overall.
