When life gives you lemongrass you turn it into a refreshing sour wheat beer. While the nose is sweet, don’t be fooled. Hibiscus gives it a nice tartness with citrus on the end thanks to the lemongrass. A hint of noticeable Waller funk from being fermented with Brett.
