Bottle bought at the brewery. Not really in accordance with its name, " Black beer ", poured a clear ruby brown colored beer with a two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is slight roasted malts, hay and a present sourness. The flavour is burned roasted malts, dusty, grassy, soya. The mouthfeel is crispy and watery. This light bodied beer has a long slight burned and grassy finish. A easy drinkable beer from Saxony.
